Jordan Food Delegation

A delegation of prominent food manufacturers from Amman, Jordan attended a reception hosted by the ACC on November 16, 2005 at ACC’s Detroit headquarters. The purpose of their visit was to meet with wholesalers, retailers and community and civic leaders who can assist them in establishing business ties. The delegation targeted Michigan as there first business venture with the United States due to the large Middle Eastern community in the area.

The delegation expressed their appreciation for the assistance and support to ACC by presenting Dr. Radwan Khoury, ACC’s Chief Operating Officer, with a plaque which symbolizes Jordan’s wonder of the world; Petra, the “Lost City of Stone”.
