UDM Law School visits and serves ACC Clients

Mr. David C. Koelsch, Director of the Law Clinic at the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Law, was invited by the ACC’s Immigration and Naturalization Department to offer his legal services through a 32 foot Mobile Law Office. The traveling law office consists of two private rooms, legal texts, laptops and wireless internet connections.

Mr. Koelsch and Mr. Salem Poles, ACC representative, responded to immigration inquires for asylum cases, family relative petitioning, employment-based visas, and humanitarian parole. These services were conducted in collective as well as individual sessions. ACC will be collaborating with the Law Clinic of Detroit Mercy University in an effort to meet the overwhelming needs of our community members, in immigration and legal matters.
